Lifestyle and wellness counseling

Ayurveda is a 5,000+ year old holistic system of healing from India. It works by treating the whole being, using diet, lifestyle, medicinal herbs, yoga, meditation. A true medical healing science, Ayurveda brings balance, health, and helps prevent and heal disease.

Ayurveda works in harmony with Western medicine and almost any other healing modality. In fact, many remedies involve simple changes in diet and lifestyle, often incorporating herbs that we have in our own kitchens.

Embrace health now

Health doesn’t just mean lacking disease. Health is a lifestyle and mindset. I invite you to learn practices to maintain health and wellbeing throughout

My healing practice is holistic, meaning that I treat, not just one symptom, but look at the entire person to bring balance. My goal is to work with patients and meet them where they are right now to create a health plan that includes proper diet, lifestyle, yoga, exercise, as well as psychological counseling and motivation.

Initial appointments are 1.5 hours long

My credentials

I graduated from Vedika Global with a five-year degree in Ayurveda health and clinical medicine. This program is accredited by AAPNA (Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America) and recognized by CAAM (California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine). I’ve spent two years in residency treating patients at Vedika’s Public Health Clinic.

I’m a trained yoga teacher as well, after graduating from Yoga Loft’s 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher training course in 2006.
